The Honorable Pastor Jimmie Lee Colter Sr, 70 of Phoenix, passed away on August 19, 2011. He served His church and community for as Pastor for fifty years; most recently with the True Deliverance Church of Jesus Christ at 2445 E. Washington St, in Phoenix Pastor Colter is survived by his wife of 51 years, Madlean Washington Colter, six children: Ernie Don Colter Sr, Vickey Lynette Colter Jimmie Lee Colter Jr, Darrell Lavon Colter Sr, Joyce Evette Plaisval (Edwitch) and Kimberly Renette Colter. He is preceded in daeth by his son, Roderick Duwon Colter. Services will be held on Friday, August 26 at 10:00 AM at Refresh Spirit of Faith Ministries Church 1546 E. McKinley St, Phoenix.
