John F. Bushofsky January 19, 1934 - March 6, 2016. Born in Dushore, PA and passed away suddenly in his long time Phoenix home. He graduated from Dushore High School and retired from Motorola. He is survived by his wife, Bernice; daughters, Karen Flemming and Debbie (Steve) Brown; son Wayne Bushofsky, 9 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. John served honorably in the US Army. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 15, 2015 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with service beginning at 12:00 PM. A graveside service will follow at Resthaven Park Cemetery, 6290 W.
