Juan Emilio Perea, Jr., known to all who loved him as Johnny or Little Johnny, passed away tragically on Monday, February 9, 2026, at the age of 34. Johnny will be remembered as a bright light by everyone who knew him, and his absence leaves an unfillable void in the hearts of his family and friends.
Johnny was born in Phoenix, Arizona, where he spent his entire life. He was known for his infectious smile, his caring and kind heart, and his deep love for his family and his pups. He spent his last months learning and growing in God’s presence through his church and his newly found community.
Johnny is survived by his devoted mother, Judy Turek; his grandparents Juan and Enedine Perea; his sister, Ashley Crowell and his brother, Nicholas Ortega; his cherished nieces and nephews Kellan, Joslyn, Austin, Kane, Ivy, and Brody, whom he adored; and his cousins. He is preceded in death by his beloved father, Juan Perea, Sr., his nephew Connor, and his grandparents Eli Andresen and Donna Schneider. Johnny's family will miss him deeply.
