Judy Rosario (61) passed away peacefully on October 15, 2025, in Surprise, Arizona. Judy was born on December 26, 1963, in New York, New York; was a wife, mother, and grandmother; and inspired countless lives during her trailblazing career as a sales executive, leader, and coach.
Judy’s legacy is built upon her choice to love deeply, completely, and unconditionally. She believed that passion, sacrifice, and hard work can muscle any dream into reality, and used her days drawing out the best in people, especially when they struggled to see it in themselves.
She drove her Mercedes with a lead foot, spoke with a sailor’s mouth, and had a temper like an erupting volcano. In a room full of cold ice, Judy was dazzling fire. To Judy, one’s purpose, a “Why” as she would call it, was the foundation for how one should approach the world. Her “Why” was simple yet profound: to create a better world for those she loved. With breathtaking selflessness, she bent rivers and moved mountains to do just that.
Judy was a disco queen and melodic singer. She loved the scent of purple lavender, believed that Christmas ought to be celebrated with maximalism and a chocolate foundation, and embodied the phrase “diamonds are a girl’s best friend.” She was a symbol of power whose unabridged authenticity and servant leadership earned respect and devotion from those who would follow her into the dark. Her heart was never too full to welcome another in, her table always extended to seat more, and she fiercely protected those who hurt – she believed that the antidote to one’s pain was to love them harder.
To those who break in her absence, she would tell us to mend our pieces back together, to remember that her love transcends space and time, and to trust and to feel that she walks beside us in everything that we do. Judy leaves behind a legacy that transforms her memory into legend. She is our guardian angel who has simply returned home.
Judy is survived by her husband Scott (married 1999); her three children (Cindy, Henry, and Steven); her four grandchildren (Vianca, Jude, Liam, and Ethan); and her three siblings (Irene, Albert, and Herman).
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at 12 PM at Dignity Memorial in Phoenix, Arizona. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
