Justine was born on April 2nd, 1987 in Port Jefferson New York to Janice and Frank. She was born with stunning pure white skin that radiated like freshly fallen snow and a head of fiery red hair that was a symbol of her boldness, her uniqueness and made her stand out wherever she went. In 1990 we moved to Phoenix, Arizona where Justine was later adopted by John Hall after we were married.
To say that Justine was a free-spirit barely begins to describe her personality, and that carefree spirit led to a love of the arts, especially dance. At four years old she began entertaining us with dancing and singing. That same year she saw the Nutcracker Ballet at the Symphony Hall, and it was then that she decided she wanted to dance in that play – which is exactly what she did for two seasons of the Nutcracker. Justine had her first tap lesson at five years old and this was a sign of how the years ahead would be spent. Her teacher (Jan Granath) noticed her right away and at just five years old Justine competed in her first dance competition in Reno, Nevada. This was the beginning of many, many more competitions in Justine’s life.
At twelve years old she got her first art scholarship, along with her best friends, Ashley & Matt, and together they spent the summer at Ballet Pennsylvania School of Dance. Soon after the dancing trio were invited to dance on the show Destination Stardom (Star Search). They had been spotted in Las Vegas by someone scouting for talent to perform on the show, and before any of us knew what was happening, they were in Hawaii dancing on the show.
Justine loved to put on shows for her family, and we were more than happy to let her indulge us countless hours of her private dance shows making up the choreography as she went along. Justine just lit up the stage as she loved dancing and dancing loved her.
Justine loved to make clothes, and turned everything into her own style. She loved to decorate and would redecorate her apartment on a monthly basis. Vintage was her style and had dreams of opening up a Vintage store.
Her caring, loving compassion showed in how much she loved her family, friends and especially her fur babies. Justine always loved cats and had many along the way. She had so much compassion for life and her very special bond with me, her mother.
A few years ago, Justine gave birth to her pride and Joy – a beautiful daughter whom she named Fiona. She was born on September 30, 2017. I made Justine a promise that Fiona will learn all about her mom and she will know how much Justine loved and cherished her and that she will always be watching over her.
Justine is survived by her daughter Fiona, Her mother Janice Tatosian (Tom Tatosian), Father John Hall (Theresa Hall), Frank Mignano (Ginger Mignano) Grandparents: Doug and Ruth Hall
Siblings: Jennifer, Melissa, Tim, Breanne, Frankie, Krystal, TJ and Chris.
Justine is preceded in death by her loving grandmother, Arlene Verity (Grammy) whom Justine had a very special bond with and her loving grandfather, Harold Verity whom she will now get to meet for the first time.
Dance with the stars my precious baby girl... I will miss you every second of every day until I can hold you in my arms once again. Good Night, I Love You.
A ceremony will be held on Thursday February 4th, 2021 at Phoenix Memorial Park, 200 W Beardsley Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85027.
