Kelsey Beth Hartman, 38, of Heber, AZ, passed away on April 2, 2026. She was born in Phoenix on January 12, 1988. She is survived by her daughter (Hannah Garcia), her brothers her brothers (Kevin Hartman, Derek Hartman, Greggory McKay, and Michael Townsley), her parents (Barbara and Gary Townsley), her father (William Hartman), and her fiancée (Todd Kuhn).
Kelsey was a passionate person and treasured life. She enjoyed her job at the elementary school working with students. She had a light and brightness that emanated from her and was shown on everyone she met.
Kelsey’s Celebration of Life will be May 9 at 11:30 in Heber Overgaard, AZ, at the All Seasons Barn, 2355 Bison Ranch Rd.
