Krystina Renee Cook, age 35, of Glendale, Arizona passed away on Sunday, April 16, 2023.
A memorial service for Krystina will be held Monday, April 24, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services – Maryvale, 6901 West Indian School Road, Phoenix, AZ 85033.
