Toby Kidd was my dad's father, (Jerome Kidd) I live in Chicago. I didn't get a chance to meet Legison in person. Only acquaintanced through posts on Fb. From a far, I admired  his zest for life, the confidence in his handsome smile and adoration of his family and craft. I was happy to see he is a fellow Libra holding his life and family down especially the adoration for his beautiful wife.  I am shocked and saddened to hear of this. Prayers and condolences to all of my family there. Aunt Deborah and all please remain strong knowing he is safe in Gods arms watching over you! Much love. Hopefully we can meet soon. My brother, I can’t believe you gone. I miss you. , more than words can’t get  the words  out, my heart aches you made me realize a lot of things about life. I love you.

For the loss of Shawn, my condolences goes out to his wife and his family and his kids and baby mamas and all his friends may God give everybody the strength the  wisdom to grieve in peace, Lord, touch his family and his wife, heart and kids and be with them through their struggle Shawn was a brother to me. We’ve been together since 1998 and I was crushed when one of our friends Demetrious called me and woke me up. I can’t believe it, but my prayers goes out to everybody and I will be praying for everybody I go by the name of DC

With heavy hearts, we say goodbye to our friend, who left us far too soon.
He was always full of energy and ideas — constantly dreaming, planning, and looking ahead with hope. He lived life with passion and purpose, always ready to lend a hand without hesitation.
Rest in peace. You will always be remembered, with love and gratitude.

I was in Alaska working and he called me up. He said I’m married. I  he said you have to find yourself a wife and settle down.  said no you’re not.  Married He say yes I am. I’m married Serbian woman and he always said  DC get your CDL. I said I’m not into all the CDL stuff. He always say you could come drive trucks with me if you get your CDL I say I’m a pipeline worker not a truck driver, but his wife was his world his everything. I never seen him in love like this before I was happy he got married because he needed that in his life 
 I never seen him that happy. He always wanted  nice things  out of life he always talked about his kids. He really loved his kids, and he always talks about his family in Alabama   no matter who  house  he was at. He always made sure I have food And I ate at the table with him no matter who house he was at . I miss him. I love him. I can’t believe he’s gone. It didn’t matter where I was or what state of the country. I was  not  gonna miss this. Funeral and he said you have to meet my mom. You have to meet my grandma, my brother and my sister my family but I was always on the road and he said I want you to come to Serbia and you gotta make sure you have a good retirement because we getting too  old to do that work anymore we have to think But I tell you this he was in love with his wife. I never seen him that happy before.

My name is DC. I met Shawn’s in 1998. I was at somebody’s house and him and Romeo walked in the door and I said who’s these big guys Hercules coming in the door from that day on we hung out we did every thing together when everywhere together, he always made sure I had a place to lay my head. He say you know I’m going to Iowa I said I want to go to Iowa too. He said come on. I got a place for you in Iowa to stay. I went on with him and and  a couple years went by  he say we’re going to Arizona in 2012 we took off to Arizona. I mean, we travel the world together. We went in club together I ate dinner at his baby mama house and  he always made sure  I had  a place to stay a nice hot plate of food and we had each other back no matter what I had  my gallbladder  cut out I was in surgery and before the surgery they put me asleep. He was trying to wake me up. The doctor told  him and he said he won’t wake up. Doctor said he has to come out of the medicine on his own. Well he’ll be up soon. It hurts me to my heart that he’s no longer with us it brings tears to my eyes. Life is short. We never know we have to love each other and get along.

I have known this man for over 25 years. More than half of my life. He has been my bestest friend from the start. If I needed advice, someone to listen, a good laugh, and even the hard truth I called him. He had a personality that everyone gravitated towards. His infectious laugh could bring out the smile in everyone he met. He was smart, dedicated, determined to make his life the best it could possibly be. He cared about his family and his wife and his children to his fullest ability. And his heart and spirit will be greatly missed by all those that knew him and were close to him. I offer my prayers and support to all the people grieving with the loss of this phenomenal man, friend, husband, father, brother, son, and anyone else lucky enough to have met and known him. To my very best friend I will always love you and miss you. You may be gone but you will never be forgotten.

His loss is a loss for all of us who knew him.

Sean was such a compassionate, generous, and kind-hearted person. His smile brightened every room he walked into. We are grateful to have known such a wonderful person as he was. He will never be forgotten. May he rest in peace.

He was a remarkable man:  kind, genuine, and deeply respected. His presence will be greatly missed, and his memory will live on in our hearts.

May you find the strength and comfort in the love surrounding you.  Remember, though he’s gone, his light continues to shine in our hearts. May he rest in peace.
