Leroy Sean Martinez, age 75, of Glendale, Arizona passed away on Tuesday, October 12, 2021. Leroy was born April 9, 1946.
A visitation for Leroy will be held Thursday, November 4, 2021 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Phoenix Memorial Park and Mortuary, 200 West Beardsley Road, Phoenix, AZ 85027. Following the visitation will be a graveside service from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N Cave Creek Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85027.
