Lois Marie Murdock

On Friday, January 17, 2025, Lois Marie Murdock of Phoenix, Arizona passed away in her home and entered into eternity, greeted by her Savior along with being reunited with family that had gone before her.

With her passing, she leaves behind her husband of 60 years, Robert (Bruce) Murdock, her daughter Diane (Henry) Fergus, and her son Steve Murdock, as well as her brother Ken Norcross. She also leaves behind eleven grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren. Mrs. Murdock was preceded in death by her five siblings of which she was the youngest and by her youngest son Robert (Bob) Murdock.

Lois was born in the city of Wildwood, New Jersey on February 4, 1947. Lois and Bruce met, fell in love and married on December 17, 1964, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Due to her husband Bruce serving in the Army, Lois was able to see the world living with her family in places like France, Germany, Massachusetts, Colorado, Maryland, and Arizona.

This wonderful woman, wife, mother and grandmother will truly be missed, but the legacy she has left will live on through her family and friends.

Visitation will be held Thursday, January 30, 2025 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. A Celebration of Life for Lois will follow at 11:00 am at Phoenix Memorial Park & Mortuary, 200 W. Beardsley Road, Phoenix, AZ 85027.

Memorial gifts in Lois’ name can be given to the American Cancer Society.
