Lorna Johnson, age 83 of Phoenix, Arizona passed away on Friday, November 4, 2022. Lorna was born in upstate New York and also lived in Knoxville, TN before moving to Phoenix in 1990. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Ethel.
Lorna is survived by her sons Brian Mullen (Madeleine) and Tom Mullen, her daughter Tammy Orischak (John), granddaughter Emily Orischak, brother Jack Shafer (Marie) and several nieces and nephews.
