Lydia is survived by her husband, Ralph M. Gutierrez Sr.; her four children, Margaret Trujillo, Oscar (Guadalupe) Gutierrez, Ralph Gutierrez Jr., and Mario J. Gutierrez; fifteen grandchildren; fifteen great- grandchildren; sister, Gloria Nichols; along with many nephews and nieces.
A celebration of her life will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, May 10, 2014, at A.L. Moore Grimshaw Mortuary, 710 W. Bethany Home Road, Phoenix, Arizona 85013. Donations to Hospice of the Valley, www.hov.org, are encouraged in lieu of flowers.
