Margaret Elaine Nix (Stewart) joined her husband John in eternal life on June 10, 2011. Margaret was a true Arizonian. Born in Phoenix in 1925 she attended Phoenix Union High School and lived in the valley her entire life. Margaret and John were married in 1942. John passed away last year in May. They lived, farmed and ranched for years in the west valley. The family sold the farm in 1984 and they retired to East Mesa. Her family was always the focal point in her life, so much so she helped raise Patty's children. All activities revolved around family, whether it was boating at Apache Lake or driving their motor home to the Dunes of California. As all great wives, mothers and grandmothers do, she spent her life taking care of those she loved. She was preceded in death by her daughter Patricia L. Mobley. She is survived by her daughter Cheryl D. Crow (Sam) and son John W. Nix (Susan) 14 grandchildren and great grandchildren. Services will be at Greenwood Memory
