Mark Arthur Honeck was born on February 3, 1974. He passed away far too young on December 15, 2020. He was born to the late William and Carol Honeck in Des Moines, Iowa. He grew up in Cherokee, Iowa. He moved to Phoenix in 1994 and lived most of his adult life in Arizona. Mark is survived by his loving children, Marcus and Julia, his brother, Matthew, and his sister, Dawn.
He loved the great outdoors, spending time in nature by camping, hiking, and visiting his cabin. He also loved the ocean. He liked to tell funny jokes and make people laugh. Mark had many family pets including two dogs, two bunnies, four chickens, some fish and hermit crabs. He enjoyed listening to his son play the piano and watching his daughter do gymnastics. He loved to travel to many places with his children and other loved ones.
He will be greatly missed by many friends and family members. We are grateful to have had Mark in our lives.
