Michael Jaime Jimenez

Michael was born on April 22nd, 1986 to Joseph and Doreen Jimenez in Phoenix Arizona.

Michael was predeceased by Grandparents Cipriano and Lupe Jaime, and Felix and Sarah Jimenez, Uncle Richard Jaime, and Uncle Cipriano Jaime Jr. Michael is survived by Parents Joseph and Doreen Jimenez, Brother Joseph Jimenez Jr., Girlfriend Jessica Jaramillo and Dog Goose, along with many Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.

Michael started playing video games as a baby in diapers, but also loved music, movies, building computers, and any spicy food he could find. He enjoyed driving his Mustang and riding his bike. He took after his father and enjoyed building furniture and fixing cars, while he had a green thumb that matched his mother's. Michael didn’t care much for structured school but enjoyed learning anything and everything he could on his own and at his own pace. He prided himself on being a chameleon and engaging in deep conversations with anyone about sports, music, movies, and games.

In 2013 Michael met Jessica, and they became best friends and began a relationship in 2016. They built a house and moved in together in November 2021. In March of 2022, they completed their family by adopting their dog Goose while Michael wanted a cat. His patience ran thin while Goose was potty-training, but after those first few months, Michael and Goose became inseparable. Michael loved to laugh and had Jess and all of their friends constantly laughing while making silly voices and jokes. Jessica encouraged Michael to travel and see Seattle which was Mike's dream. On his first plane ride, Mike braved the airport to travel to Seattle. Mike visited Mariners stadium and even hopped on a boat to whale watch. Mike even got to put a piece of gum on the gum wall, which was the first thing they did when they landed. Mike was adamant to put his family first as he loved to spoil Goose and Jessica.

Michael will be greatly missed by everyone he met, as he brought a calming and safe presence to the world.

A visitation for Michael will be held Wednesday, June 28, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM with a service to begin at 10:30am located at Greenwood Memory Lawn Serenity Chapel, 719 North 27th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85009.
