Michael Joseph Ozuna, 53, of Phoenix, AZ peacefully passed away on August 23, 2015 with his family near his side. He was born in Phoenix on December 1, 1961 to Alex G. and Consuelo V. Ozuna. Michael worked as a baker for Holsum Bakery, Tolleson Plant for 12 years.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 37 years, Susan L. Ozuna; three children, Roman Michael Ozuna, Brandon Cruz Ozuna and Ana Marie Ozuna, Dominique Vasquez, Angelica Mesquita and Kimari Major; two grandsons, Anthony Brandon Vasquez Ozuna and Jeremiah Xavier Duran; his parents, Alex and Consuelo Ozuna; one sister, Natalie Ozuna; one brother, Alejandro Ozuna Jr., one nephew, Alejandro Ozuna III. He will be missed and loved forever by his family.
The Visitation will be from 5-8 PM, Monday, August 31, 2015 with the Rosary beginning at 7pm at Funeraria Del Angel Greer-Wilson Chapel, 5921 W. Thomas Rd., Phoenix, AZ. The Mass will be at 10 am, Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 3140 W. 51st Ave., Phoenix, AZ. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery, 10045 W. Thomas Rd., Avondale, AZ.
