Nancy W. Peterson 87, of Phoenix, AZ, died July 10, 2017. Beloved wife, mother and grandmother, survived by husband, Robert, daughter, Denise, son, Keith, and three granddaughters, Sarah, Sylvia, and Emily. Born and raised in Akron, Ohio; earned a B.Sci. in Geography from University of Colorado, ’51. Phoenix resident since 1951. Supporter of Arizona Humane Society, the 100 Club, Disabled American Veterans, Goodwill, Salvation Army, KAET, KJZZ, FPRAZ, Phoenix Zoo, Heard Museum, and Robert E. Simpson Elementary School, to any of which friends are requested to donate, in lieu of flowers. Funeral private.
