Neoma Blanche Harris Tibshraeny, 95, died peacefully and surrounded by loved ones on December 13, 2011 in Phoenix, AZ. She was born on Sept. 9, 1916 in Phoenix, AZ to Corbett Harris and Estella Miller. She was preceded in death by her husband George, her sisters Regna, Edna, Faye and brother Vernon. Neoma was a small woman with a big heart and warm sense of humor. Her view in life was optimistic and she treated everyone with genuine kindness.Words can't describe the wonderful influence of good she was to everyone she met. We'll miss you sweet Neoma. Graveside services will be held at Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery, 2300 W. Van Buren in Phoenix on Saturday, December 17, 2011 at 10:00 AM.
