Patrice Louise Olivo-Johnsen, age 60, passed away in her Phoenix home in the early morning of Saturday, July 18, 2015. Pattie was born November 15, 1954 in Phoenix, AZ to Rita Elizabeth Rawlins and Robert Eugene Johnsen. Pattie spent her childhood in Scottsdale, AZ with her parents and two siblings, Michael and Rebecca. Graduated 1972 from Coronado High School, Pattie devoted her life and love to raising her children as a homemaker. She is survived by her husband, Jerry Olivo and her four children Robert Shawn Alvarado, Nicole Marie Jones, Cari Marie Olivo-Johnsen, and Anthony Michael Olivo-Johnsen. She will be forever missed by her loved ones. Viewing will be held from 5 to 8 pm this Friday July 24, 2015 at Phoenix Memorial Park and Mortuary. Funeral service to be held 10 am on Saturday July 25, 2015 at Phoenix Memorial Park.
