A visitation for Patrick will be held Friday, June 6, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Advantage Funeral and Cremation Services Maryvale Chapel, 6901 West Indian School Road, Phoenix, AZ 85033. Following the visitation will be a committal service from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary & Cemetery, 719 N 27th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85009.
