KOWALCZYK, Paul C, 28, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on March 22, 2011. Paul was born on March 27, 1982 and graduated from Greenway High School in 2000. He was preceded in death by his father Paul. He is survived by his mother, brothers; Jeremy and Kenneth, sister Alexis, grandmothers; Irene and Annicka, plus uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews. Paul loved being with family and friends, listening to music, going to concerts, and enjoying life. He had an outstanding smile and personality that radiated every where. A visitation will be held from 6pm – 8pm Monday, March 28, 2011 at Phoenix Memorial Park & Mortuary 200 W. Beardsley Rd. Phoenix, AZ 85027.
