Raymond Wade Seibert, 66, was born on October 23, 1946 in Albany, California to Bonita and Harold Seibert. He passed away at home in Williams, Arizona on November 24, 2012. He leaves his beloved wife Ruth and one son and one daughter. . Services will be held at Shadow Mountain Mortuary Chapel on Tuesday, November 27, 2012 with a visitation from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with service beginning at 1:00 p.m. by Reverend Randy Williams. There will be a reception immediately following in the Gathering Room of Shadow Mountain.
