Regina Michelle Bolinger (Davis), also known as "Shelley," of Phoenix, AZ, passed away on October 7, 2025, at the age of 57. Shelley was born on July 17, 1968, in Holbrook, AZ, to the proud parents of Jimmie Neal Davis and Deborah Ann Henry (Tyler) at Holbrook Hospital.
Shelley attended Alhambra High School and graduated in 1985. She later attended Arizona Beauty College and worked at Wendy's for 20 years. Shelley was beloved, hard-working, devoted, honest, humorous, and kind-hearted. She loved to spend time with her friends and family and enjoyed watching sports, especially her favorite team, the Dallas Cowboys.
Shelley is preceded in death by her grandparents, Don C. and Johnnie Mae Tyler, and Jimmy L. and Bobbie N. Davis, her mother and stepfather, Deborah Ann and Slater Henry, nephew Brandyn F. Fuller, brother Demitri Davis, and sister Annika Davis.
She leaves behind to mourn her father, Jimmy N. Davis of Mississippi, her children Alexis, Christian, Yvette, and Madysen, her sisters Antoinette, Dawn, and Tyisha Davis, and a great host of grandchildren, family, and friends whom she cared for deeply.
