Rick Wayne Rogers was born August 27, 1957 and passed away December 15, 2025. Rick was a beloved son, brother, father, and grandfather. He is survived by his two daughters Rhea Rogers and Raquel Carroll (Shawn), as well as his four grandchildren-Shelby (Cary), Logan, Lexi, and Lucas.
Rick loved God and his family with all his heart. He loved to play guitar and sing old gospel hymns. Rick committed a lifetime to his career as a diesel mechanic. He dedicated over 20 years of his life to serving as a posse member of the Maricopa County Sherriff's Office. Rick also enjoyed leather-working, gun-smithing, building guitars, and spending time outside in the desert sun. He was always ready with a warm hug and a quiet laugh. Our Dad was the best Dad and Grandpappy ever! His love and his memory will live in our hearts forever!
A visitation will be held at Funeraria del Angel Greer-Wilson Chapel, located at 5921 West Thomas Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85033, on January 22, 2026, from 8:30 am to 10:30 am.
The burial will take place at Resthaven Park Cemetery, located at 6450 W. Northern Avenue, Glendale, Arizona 85305, on the same day from 11:30 am to 12:00 pm.
