Rosa “Mama J” Johnson- McKinley at age 76, passed away on August 25th, 2011. She was born on September 20th, 1935 in Colquitt, GA. A military widow of Mac McKinley. She was the youngest of 9 children. Rosa was a graduate of Allen Hannock Community College. Rosa was a devoted Mother, Grandmother, Teacher & Friend. She loved God, family and food. She also enjoyed helping people through her cooking and her ministry; Rosa was one of the Mother’s of her church, Antioch Missonary Baptist. She also loved playing Bingo at the Senior Center. Rosa has 2 surviving twin sons, Fredrick and Sedgewick Johnson, 9 Grandchildren. Preceded in death by her son Russell McKinley with many other Beloved and adopted Family. Viewing and services will be held at the Anitoch Missionary Baptist Church, 1622 N. 39th Ave. Phoenix, AZ. on Friday, September 2nd. With viewing from 9-11AM and services at 11AM.
