Rosemary L. Bowman

Rosemary is survived by her sons Robert T. and Michael E.; daughter Debra J. and grandchildren Gianna, Julia and Joey.

Rosemary, daughter of Frank R. and Dorothy G. King and sister of James King, was born in Marshalltown, Iowa, June 3, 1939. In 1950 her family moved to Phoenix, Arizona.

Rosemary met Robert J. (Bob) and they married on April 10, 1959. They were married for 48 years before Bob passed away on February 24, 2007.

Rosemary loved her family and faith. She was a member of Encanto Community Church in Phoenix, Arizona for 55+ years, where she sang in the choir and was very active.

Rosemary loved quilting and sewing, taking trips and going to concerts with her children, and spending time at her cabin in Munds Park, AZ

While raising a family Rosemary worked full-time for the phone company moving her way up to HR Manager, retiring after 30 years in 1993. She also took night classes at Phoenix College earning her Associates Degree in the 90’s.

A visitation from 11 am to 1:30 pm and a memorial service at 1:30 pm will take place at Greenwood Memory Lawn, Serenity Chapel, 719 North 27th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85009.
