At age 77, died peacefully in his sleep on Sunday, March 14th, 2021 at his home in Litchfield Park, AZ. Ruben was born on November 13th, 1943 in Monterrey, Mexico and moved at a young at to the United States.
Ruben met Alba in Houston, Texas and after a brief courtship, they moved to Arizona where they got married on September 12th, 1986. In Arizona, they welcomed their three children, Andres, Ricardo, and Alba as well as Jason. He has 5 granddaughters and 1 grandson, Stephanie, Kelsey, Jude, Sonya, Kitana and Mileena. They started a business in Arizona and watch their family and business grow.
Ruben was an entrepreneur, starting several businesses in his lifetime. This allowed him to, not only sustain his family, but also help many of the family members get established in the United States. In business dealings, Ruben met many people and made many friends. He was a little rough around the edges but always had a friendly and giving heart. Ruben had an uncanny ability to make friends. He loved spending time with his family, taking short road trips to the river, lake and the park.
