Saundra Warnock Gilley, 75, of Phoenix, AZ, passed away February 1, 2015. She was born in Anthony, KS, on November 19, 1939. Sandy graduated from Anthony KS High School in 1957, after growing up in the Freeport KS farm area. She graduated from University of K.C.; School of Dentistry; Dental Hygiene in 1961. Professionally, Sandy was a dental hygienist and bookkeeper in Phoenix, AZ. She was married to O. D. Gilley January 30, 1965 in Las Vegas, NV. Their "children" were their bulldogs: Horrible and Brutus. She loved the animals she was a "sitter" for also. She was preceded in death by her husband O. D.; her parents, Harold and Mayme Warnock and her brother, Bill Warnock and nephew Jon Warnock. She is survived by her sister, Joyce (Peter) Romer; nephews David Ransom, Steven (Cindy) Ransom, Mark Warnock, Jim and Ron Gilley; one niece Rita (Dennis) Cannon; two sister-in-laws Marilyn Warnock and Bess Gilley; cousins and friends. Sandy's ashes will be placed in Kansas with family members. In Sandy's memory, donations may be made to Hospice of the Valley 1510 E Flowers St, Phx 85014.
