49, of Phoenix, Arizona passed away unexpectedly of natural causes on 05/11/2011. He was a hardworking man that was always there to lend a hand. He will be missed by many. Survivors include his Son (Stephen Alvarez) Daughter (Julianna Alvarez) Mother (Julia Alvarez) Sister (Yolanda Byrd) Brother (Ray and Frank Alvarez) Nieces (Angel, Anita, Marci) Nephews (Frank, Eli, Stephen, Christopher, Charles, Juan) and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Services to be held May 20,2011 at Greenwood Memory Lawn/Serenity Chapel 2300 W. Van Buren Street Phoenix, Arizona.
