Tillie was born on June 12th, 1948 in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of Henry Pankoff and Caroline Ross. Since 1993, Tillie has called Arizona home.
She spent most of her adult life as a bookkeeper in the commercial services industry. Tillie was predeceased by her husband William, and leaves behind sons Joseph, John (Laura), William (Jesusita), David, Shaun (Christina), daughter Michele, 8 grandchildren, 1 great-granddaugher, sisters Josephine Van Tilburg and Linda Schutz, and brother Henry Pankoff.
