We mourn the loss of Vicki Churchman Fisk, born on September 5, 1954 in Tampa Florida. She was called to be with our Lord on January 29, 2025.
Vicki was the beloved daughter William Allen Churchman, Jr. and Anna Louise Charles. She was the loving spouse of Richard Fisk, whom she married in 1977. Together they raised a beautiful daughter named Stacey Fisk.
Vicki was a dedicated student who went to Lake Shore High School. She graduated in 1972. She then pursued her passion for helping others by attending Crawford Long School of Nursing, where she graduated in 1976.
Vicki’s kindness and compassion touched the lives of many. She was loved by, and will be deeply missed by her family and friends, as well as by her two grandchildren. Vicki is survived by her loving husband, Richard (Rick) Fisk; her daughter, Stacey Fisk; her mother, Anna Charles; her sister Terri Fisher; her grandchildren, Abigail Fisk and Caleb McClenathan.
She was preceded in death by her father, William Allen Churchman, Jr.; brothers Scott Churchman and Allen Churchman.
A memorial service is planned at Christ the Redeemer Lutheran Church, 8801 N 43rd Ave in Phoenix AZ on Saturday, February 8, 2025 at 1PM. Please send donations to Lutheran Braille Workers to the church in lieu of flowers.
