Victor Serban

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Victor Serban on June 10, 2023. Born on September 25, 1971, Victor was a beacon of happiness, kind, caring, loving, full of life, creative and smart throughout his life.

Victor was the best father and grandfather. He did anything and everything for them. He always made sure they were ok and had what they needed and wanted and more. There are no words to explain the immense love he had for all of them.

Victor Serban was known for his infectious smile and warm presence. His capacity to empathize with others and willingness to lend a hand to those in need made him a cherished friend and confidant to many. His unwavering kindness and ability to spread joy will be profoundly missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Victor is survived by his mother, Maria Serban, his brother , Cristian Serban , his children ; Gabriela Serban, Violeta Serban, Emily Serban and Ryan Serban and Jonathan Grigorean. Victor joins his Father Ion Serban , His first wife Gabriela Serban ; and his grandparents
