Bill Armstrong, 67, of Phoenix, Arizona passed away September 25, 2019. He was born in Akron, Ohio on February 2, 1952. Bill graduated from Washington High School and was married to the love of his life, Rosann Armstrong on March 1, 1972. Bill had a career in the U.S. Air Force. He loved spending time with his grandson, Michael, and watching their TV programs with his wife. Bill is survived by his wife, Rosann Armstrong; daughters, Tina and Chrissy Armstrong; grandson, Michael Armstrong; and son in law, John Mitigian. Military Honors will be rendered on Thursday, October 17, 2019 at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd. Phoenix, AZ 85024 at 10:30 am. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Shadow Mountain Mortuary.
