William Bussell

William Bussell, 69, of Phoenix, AZ, passed away on March 25, 2011. He found the strength to overcome many years of health problems that started in his early 20's. Bill was born in Providence, Rhode Island on the 23rd of October 1941. Bill and his family moved to Colorado in 1950, there he graduated from Westminster High School and joined the United States Marines. After his service ended, he went into construction. Later on he had a job as a security officer. He rose in rank to lieutenant in his profession. He was very dedicated to his work and family. Bill met his wife Judith while working at his fathers service station. He & Judy married and had four children together. Bill was preceded in death by his parents, William and Anna Bussell, as well as his father and mother-in-law, Jim and Doris Berry. He leaves behind his loving and devoted wife of 37 years, Judy Bussell, their children, Robert Bussell of Colorado, Tammy Stiefel of Washington, William Bussell, Jr. of Texas, and April Villanueva. Bill is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, as well as his sister Anna B. Hiatt of Florida. He was a great man and will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by all that knew and loved him.
