William Herbert Orchard

William H Orchard passed away on August 19 2015 after a battle with cancer. He was born in Syracuse NY on 09/22/1939. After graduating from high school, he joined the US Air Force. He then worked as a Sergeant at the Clinton Correctional facility, retiring from Altona Correctional facility in 1995. He was an EMT and Volunteer Fireman in Keeseville NY and a member of the Keeseville Elks Lodge 2072 and American Legion Post 0504. He was a longtime volunteer with the Maricopa County North Valley Posse in Anthem AZ and an auxiliary member for the Keene Fire Department in Keene NY.

He is preceded by his mother Mabel Chase and father Willard Orchard. He was married to Mary Ann (Buckley) Orchard. He has three daughters; Diana (John) DeMarta, Denise Orchard, Deana (Manuel) Fumero, three step daughters; Brenda Blanchard, Carolyn (Jody) Whitney, Angie Shipley and son in law David Shipley. He also has 15 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

The memorial service will be held on Saturday August 22, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Shadow Mountain Mortuary, 2350 E. Greenway Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85022.
