81 of Sun City, AZ passed away quietly on August 24th 2014 with Alice his wife of 59 years by his side. Bill is also survived by his children; daughter Elaine Reed and her husband Mike, sons David Van Gordon and Brian Todd Van Gordon. He is also survived by his four grandchildren, Kyle, Kevin, Tyler and Brianna. Bill was a proud Korean War veteran. He enjoyed all the years of coaching youth. He always loved bowling and, of course, he was a huge U of A fan. He was a very loving and caring husband, father and grandfather. A visitation will be held on Monday evening September 1st between 4 and 6 pm. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday September 2nd at 11 am at Phoenix Memorial Park and Mortuary. 200 W. Beardsley Rd. Followed by a graveside service at National Memorial Cemetery 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd.
