Simpson, Yvonne, 84, of Phoenix AZ passed away on November 24, 2014. Yvonne was born to Earl Rosson and Laura Beckman on April 18, 1930 in California, Missouri. In the year of 1946 she married Bobby Lee Smith, and over the course of their 53 years of marriage they brought up two children, Linda and Sharon Smith. In 1974 Yvonne and Bob moved to Phoenix, Arizona. Yvonne had many hobbies such as traveling, playing Bridge, baking, gardening, and enjoyed the company of her two beautiful poodles, Beau and George. She always enjoyed the company of family surrounding her, especially the grandchildren. After the death of her husband Bob she was very fortunate to meet a very loving man and married Jim Simpson in 2002.
She has survived by her husband, her two daughters, her four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
A public visitation will be held at Advantage Maryvale Chapel on Saturday November 29, 2014 from 9:30-11:30am. Followed by a 12PM Committal Service at Resthavan Park Cemetery in Glendale, AZ.
