

Mrs. Walker was born in Gainesville, Georgia on February 11, 1948 to the late Paul Allan and Eva Minerva Hood Bell. She was a social person who never met a stranger, and in her free time, she loved to garden. Mrs. Walker also enjoyed listening to Alan Jackson's music, and was a proud member of the Daughters of the American Revolution. She was a longtime member of Oak Grove Baptist Church in Piedmont, where she enjoyed singing in the choir and spending time with her Church family.
Mrs. Walker is survived by her two sons: Corbin Allan Worley of Powdersville and Kelsey Grant Worley (Jessica) of Woodstock, GA; and a daughter: Sherri Walker Cox (Daylane).
In addition to her loving husband and her parents, Mrs. Walker was preceded in death by a brother: David Bell.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Monday, October 16, 2023 in the Chapel of Dillard Funeral Home with interment to follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Pickens.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until 1:45 PM on Monday, prior to the services, at Dillard Funeral Home.
The family is at their respective homes.
