Clyde Anthony Phillips, age 71, went to be with the Lord Monday June 27, 2016. Mr. Phillips was born in Greenville County and is the son of the late Willie Clyde and Enoree Ellen Phillips.
Mr. Phillips was a truck driver and retired from Gainey of Indiana Trucking, he loved cooking and spending time with his family that he loved dearly .He was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his wife Sandy, two daughters; Dianne Lawton (Tripp) of Dacusville and Angela Duncan Moses (Robbie) of Easley, one son; Allen Duncan (Tammy) also of Easley and one sister Anne Gross ( Michael) of Maryland. Mr. Phillips also leaves three grandchildren; J.T. Lawton of Dacusville, Brandy Duncan of Easley and Gage Moses also of Easley.
Mr. Phillips is predeceased by Dianne Lawton’s mother; Jeannine Phillips, one brother; John Phillips and one sister; Linda Wilkerson.
Gathering of friends will be held at Dillard Funeral Home Wednesday June 29,2016 from 3pm to 4pm with memorial service to follow at 4pm in the Dillard Funeral Home Chapel . Memorial may be made to the Rock Spring Baptist Church Building Fund 201 Rock Springs Road Easley South Carolina 29642.
