Mrs. Doris H Granger

Mrs. Granger was born in Greenville, SC on August 23, 1945 to the late Ralph and Callie Fowler Hart. She retired from her passion after 38 years from Baptist Easley Hospital as a Registered Nurse. Mrs. Granger loved her family, and most of all, her Lord and Savior. She was a longtime member of Elljean Baptist Church where she sang in the choir.

In addition to her loving husband of 57 years, Mrs. Granger is survived by two children: Ty Granger (Lucy) of Gramling, SC and Stacie Bates (Byron) of Easley; five grandchildren: Ann Louise Granger, Mary Callie Granger, Adaline Granger, Ada Caroline Bates, and Colleen Elizabeth Bates; two honorary grandchildren: Granger Crowe and Alexis Crowe; and a brother: Carl Hart (Marion) of Easley.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Granger was preceded in death by a son: Josh Granger; and two grandchildren: Rob Granger and Will Granger.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at Elljean Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 11, 2021 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Dillard Funeral Home.

The family is at the residence.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Building Fund of Elljean Baptist Church, 605 Elljean Rd, Easley, SC 29640.
