Dorothy "Dot" (Fortune) Lewis

Dorothy was the widow of the late Charles M. Lewis, and was the daughter of the late Arthur Lee and Ellie Mae Harrison Fortune. She was born in Pickens County and was a graduate of Pickens Senior High Class of 1952. She was a member of Concord Baptist Church.

She is survived by her son Mark Lewis (Lisa) of Easley and daughter Lisa Kelley (Tony) of Pickens. Dorothy had 4 grandchildren; Brandi Lewis Clark (Kyle), Brooke Lewis Bockstahler (Dave), Jacob Kelley (Becca) and Kayla Kelley Gardo (Justin), and 5 great grandchildren with another great grandchild due in September. Dorothy loved her many wonderful nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; two sisters, Helen & Geraldine, and four brothers, Melvin, Calvin, Grady, and David.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday July 29, 2025 from 9:45 to 10:45 AM at Dillard Funeral Home.

The service will be held at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Dillard Funeral Home.

Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park and Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be may be made to Agape Care (Hospice) of SC.
