Easley, SC – Mrs. Elizabeth “Ann” Jarrell, age 78, went to be with her Lord and Savior on April 12, 2022. Mrs. Jarrell was born in Pickens County, South Carolina and was the daughter of the late Thomas Bowen Nix and Ella Mae Stewart, step-daughter to the late James Waldrop and loving wife for 35 years to Lee Ellis Jarrell.
Survivors in addition to her husband include a son Hunter Jarrell from Grays, South Carolina, a loving daughter-in-law Kasey Wilson from Easley, South Carolina, Step-daughter Penny Bagwell (Jerry) from Pickens, South Carolina and three most precious grandchildren Cameron, Kolbi and Brady. Mrs. Jarrell has one surviving brother Thomas Nix (Barbara) from Richmond, Virginia.
Mrs. Jarrell was predeceased by two children: daughter Linda Eller and son Tommy Wilson.
Mrs. Jarrell did not need much to bring her joy and happiness. She loved her family and devoted most of her time raising her children and spoiling her grandchildren. She was known to many to be a good cook and her spaghetti dish will be missed. She never missed an opportunity to advise her husband Ellis on what to do. Mrs. Jarrell was loved by all and will be missed dearly by her family.
A graveside service will be held on Friday April 15, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Hillcrest Memorial Park, 2410 Gentry Memorial Highway, Pickens, South Carolina 29671 with a visitation that same day starting at 12:00PM at Dillard Funeral Home 2402 Gentry Memorial Highway, Pickens, South Carolina 29671. The Reverend Brian Aiken will be officiating.
