Evelyn M Cash

Anderson – Mrs. Evelyn Marcus Cash, Age 82, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, July 26, 2020. Mrs. Cash was born in Pickens County, South Carolina and was the daughter of the late Sam Marcus and Birdie McCall Marcus and wife to Donald L. Cash.

Survivors include a son Marshall Cash (Darlene) of Anderson, South Carolina and a daughter Vickie Sentell (Donnie) of Williamston, South Carolina. Survived by seven wonderful grandchildren: Travis Cash, Jason Cash, Kevin Cash, Whitney Owens, Brett Cash, Lance Sentell and Stacey Ellison. Also by 13 loving and precious great-grand children Jackson, Harrison, Mason, Branson, Cannon, Kreed, Jayla Kate, Stella James, Siddalee, Judd, Elleigh Rae, Carson and Emily. Mrs Cash was the oldest of her siblings and has a surviving brother Willie Marcus of Six Mile, South Carolina, and sisters Beulah Pilgrim of Pickens, South Carolina, Flonnie Gray of Central, South Carolina, Gladys Smith of Easley, South Carolina and Mary Jane Pilgrim of Six Mile, South Carolina.

Mrs. Cash was predeceased by two great-grandchildren Knox Cash and Crew Cash.

Mrs. Cash loved anything outdoors. She loved to camp, fish and outdoor family gatherings. She was a member of Friendship Baptist Church. She loved to sew having worked as a seamstress. She enjoyed sewing as a hobby and she loved spending time with her grandchildren. Mrs. Cash was a caregiver and she enjoyed people.

Graveside Service will be held Wednesday July 29, 2020 at Hillcrest Memorial Park, 2410 Gentry Memorial Highway Pickens, South Carolina 29671.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Hospice of the Upstate 1835 Rogers Road Anderson, South Carolina 29621.
