Geneva A. Floyd Easley, SC Geneva Ann Gabrels Floyd, 82, of 108 Arrendale Lane, wife of the late Claude Floyd, passed away Friday, June 27, 2014. Born in Habersham County, GA, she was the daughter of the late William Gordon Gabrels and Margie Bell Winstead Gabrels. Mrs. Floyd was a waitress and homemaker and was a member of Open Door Baptist Church. Surviving are her daughters, Neva Jayne Bowen of Greenville, Jackie Chamberlain of Warner Robbins, GA and Brenda Sheppard (David) of Easley; seven grandchildren; twenty-five great grandchildren; and a sister, Marjorie Jones of Clarksville, GA. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by four brothers and sisters. Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 30, 2014 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Dillard Funeral Home with burial to follow in Robinson Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:30 PM until 1:30 PM at the funeral home.
