Hazel Seaborn Lewis

Hazel Seaborn Lewis, 93, passed from this life on Saturday April 02, 2016. Mrs. Lewis was born in Pickens County, daughter of the late Edward F. and Myrtle Porter Seaborn. She resided in Pickens until the last two years that she spent at Bethea Retirement and Elmcroft assisted Living. She worked for Sangamo Electric and Nicholson Real Estate where she sold many homes in the Pickens area. She was a member of East Pickens Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School for many years. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Joyce and Don Nicholson of Darlington, grandchildren Donna Nolan (Tommy) of Marion and Kim Eubanks (Paul) of Pawleys Island and great grandchildren Mallory, Jacob and Janie Nolan, Stella and Dupree Eubanks. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Lewis was preceded in death by her husband Emphs Richard Lewis, a son Steven Richard Lewis, a brother Clifton Seaborn (Evelyn) and a sister Freddie Mae Tompkins. The family will receive friends Monday April 04, 2016 at Dillard Funeral Home from 12:00pm to 1:00pm. Funeral Service will follow at 1:00pm in the Chapel with Reverend Jamie Duncan officiating.
