James Harold Vaughan, age 94, of Easley, South Carolina passed away on Thursday, April 25, 2024 at his residence.
James was born in Belton, South Carolina to the late Foster Butler and Pearl Boyce Vaughan. Self employed, he was the owner and operator of Vaughans TV Sales and Service for 40 years. A man of many talents, he always had a project he was working on. He loved gardening, yard work, refinishing furniture, and spending time with his family.
James is survived by his two children: Wanda Vincent of Columbia and Katherine Hatton of Easley; his three grandchildren: Travis Hatton of Easley, Carey Vincent (Annie) of Charleston, and Emily Johnson (Josh) of Summerville; and his two great-grandchildren: Eliza Johnson and Mackenzie Vincent.
In addition to his parents, James is preceded in death by his wife of 73 years Frances Nalley Vaughan; his two brothers: Foster Vaughan and Charles Vaughan; and his sister Mildred Hughey.
A private service will be held.
