Junnie Fred Brown

Born on April 17, 1939 in Greene, Tennessee to the late Myrtle and Charles Brown.

He honorably served his country in the United States Army and later began his career at Roadway Express in Greenville. He enjoyed watching NASCAR racing and spending time with his beloved wife at the casino in Cherokee. Above all he enjoyed creating memories with his family that they will forever cherish.

Junnie is survived by his three sons: Randy Brown (Kim), Gary Brown, Ronald Brown, and his daughter, Lisa Cassell (Ray); his grandchildren: Rebecca Brown, Chase Brown (Aleeia), Christopher Reeves (Sheree), Corey Cassell, his great grandchildren: Nicolas Cameron, Brianna Hill, Kayleigh Reeves, Jayden Reeves Crocker, and Cameron Reeves.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Brown; and granddaughter Amanda Brown.

A visitation will be held on March 20, 2026 from 1:00 PM until 1:45 PM at Dillard Funeral Home, 2402 Gentry Memorial Hwy Pickens, South Carolina. A funeral service will begin at 2:00 PM in the funeral home chapel followed by a committal service with Military Honors at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
