Leon T. Vaughn, 81, of Walhalla passed away from this life Thursday July 5, 2018 in Walhalla, South Carolina. Born in Oconee County he is the son of the late Joseph Ernest Vaugh Sr. and Leola Turner Vaughn and husband of the late Mary Ann Gibbs Vaughn

Mr. Vaughn worked for Carotell Paper Company and is a member of Mount Airy Baptist Church.

Survivors include two brothers; J.E. Vaughn Jr. his wife Linda and Dalton Vaughn and his wife Betty all from Walhalla. Leon also leaves four nieces and two nephews to share in his memory.

A visitation will be held Monday July 9, 2018 1pm until 2pm. A service will follow in the funeral home chapel at 2pm. Burial will be at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
