Mrs. Williams was born in Pickens, SC on November 28, 1924 to the late Amon Leroy and Pauline Spearman Morton. She retired from Swirl, Inc. as a seamstress and in her free time, enjoyed spending time with her family, especially cooking for them. Mrs. Williams was a member of Antioch Baptist Church.
Mrs. Williams is survived by a son: Ray Williams (Linda) of Lugoff, SC; a daughter: Missy Edens (Lee) of Marietta; a daughter-in-law: Emily Williams of Pickens; a son-in-law: Larry Southern (Rebecca) of Travelers Rest; 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her ex husband: Zeb Vance Williams; a son: Lee Williams; a daughter: Marlene Southern; two brothers: James Morton and Roy Morton; and a sister: Gladys Reeves.
Memorial services will be conducted at 3:00 PM on Monday, November 9, 2020 in the Chapel of Dillard Funeral Home. The family will receive friends following the services in the Chapel.
