Mae was born on March 9, 1945 to the late Ansel and Kathleen McClain. She loved her family, and loved to make them smile. She enjoyed the mountains and being outdoors, whether that was gardening, going to the flea market, or camping with family. She also enjoyed canning and sewing. Mae was a selfless woman, and would do anything she could for those around her. She was of the Christian faith and a member of N. Anderson Seventh Day Adventist Church.
Mrs. Jackson is survived by one daughter: Christina Brewer (Wes) of Lafrance; one brother: Troy McClain of Easley; and one grandson: Railyn Brewer of Lafrance.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Jackson is preceded in death by her husband of 28 years, Allen Jackson; one son Eric Williamson; one grandson: Severide Welch; and 5 siblings.
